Ordering and shipment confirmation

After you place your order, you will receive two emails. The first is a receipt/confirmation which will arrive within minutes of submitting your order. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Process time

Weekday orders are shipped within 24 hours of received/cleared payment. Purchases made on the weekend will ship the next business day. When your order ships, you will receive an email message with tracking information.

For Standard Shipping, please allow approximately two weeks for delivery, unless otherwise noted. No P.O. boxes please; street address is required. Additional shipping charges may apply on some items.

For Second Day Shipping, shipments will be delivered 1 to 2 business days after they leave our warehouse, please allow an additional business day for any orders placed after 12:00 noon EST.

For International Shipping, time varies depending on the destination.
